WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM WORKOUTS?

Men and women can equally benefit from increasing their activity.

People with certain illnesses or diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease, may benefit from a resistance regiment. (Consult with your doctor.)

Elderly are capable of working out and can benefit from them as well. Adults into their 70’s have shown increased strength and muscle mass when adopting a training routine. It is best if you consult with your doctor first.

TRAINING

Staying motivated can be difficult, here's some tips:

  • Make a vision board

  • Set alarms on your phone that have motivational titles such as "work out now, not later."

  • Get a consistent and reliable workout partner. 

  • Set reasonable goals that won't discourage you by seeming impossible to reach. 

  • Don't focus on what the scale says, focus more on how you feel.
