A LOOK INTO WEIGHT TRAINING
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM RESISTANCE TRAINING?
Elderly are capable of doing resistance exercises and can benefit from them as well. Adults into their 70’s have shown increased strength and muscle mass when adopting a resistance training routine. It is best if you consult with your doctor first.
People with certain illnesses or diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease, may benefit from a resistance regiment. (Consult with your doctor.)
Men and women can equally benefit from increasing their resistance activity.
